Financial Information

We are in network with many insurance carriers. Should we not be in network or you don't have insurance we offer many flexible payment options.

We apologize but we do not accept personal checks. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, cash, money orders, and cashiers checks.

Treatment fees range from $2600-$6500 for early phase and comprehensive treatments. Fees are determined by case type, severity, and estimated length of treatment.

Normally a down payment is required if treatment is not paid in full. In most cases insurance does not cover 100% of treatment fee. Monthly payments can be set up for the balance of treatment after down payment.
